In addition to the practice of law over the past 30 years, Mr. Waters is currently Owner/Driver of the #0 Langers Juice S2 stock car competing in the NASCAR Whelen All-American series on the 1/2 mile oval track at the Toyota Speedway at Irwindale, in Irwindale, California, and the 3/8 mile track at The Bullring at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, Las Vegas, Nevada. Also involved in SCCA Sports Car racing since 1981.
