Will Sarubbi is a trial attorney dedicated to fighting for
the rights of injured clients, as well as the families of the victims of
wrongful death. Mr. Sarubbi has recovered millions of dollars for his clients
and their families.
Mr. Sarubbi earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson
University College of Law, nationally ranked as a top law school for trial
advocacy. He received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University.
Mr. Sarubbi is licensed to practice law in Florida Courts and in the United
States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Before joining Senior Justice Law Firm, Mr. Sarubbi
represented skill nursing facilities, assisted living facilities and insurance
companies in abuse and wrongful death cases. Because of his background and knowledge
of defending nursing homes, Mr. Sarubbi is well-suited to effectively represent
victims who wish to bring a claim against facilities and healthcare providers.
Mr. Sarubbi is active in all courts in Florida and is regularly called upon by
his peers to share his expertise about nursing home litigation.
A Palm Beach County native, Mr. Sarubbi is involved in his
community and serves as a member of several organizations, including the Palm
Beach County Justice Association, Palm Beach County Bar Association and the
Stetson Law Alumni Association. For three consecutive years, Mr. Sarubbi has
received a Rising Star designation by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2018,
2019 and 2020. He was selected for this honor after undergoing an
evaluation of unique factors including peer recognition and professional
achievement. In 2019, Mr. Sarubbi was recognized as one of Florida’s Top
40 Under 40 Plaintiff lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers.
