Attorney William K. Deer joined Langer & Langer as a skilled trial attorney with a passion for justice. Known as Wick, he has tried over 175 jury trials to verdict in State and Federal Court since his admission to the bar in 1986. Having represented clients from all walks of life, he understands how stressful, confusing, and intimidating the legal process can be. Wick listens carefully to his client's concerns, works hard to demystify the process, and strives to make his clients as comfortable as possible.

In addition to his personal injury experience, he has also handled complex business litigation, including securities fraud, transportation tariffs, and medical equipment litigation. For 17 years, he served as a senior trial attorney with Allstate Insurance, which affords him a unique, 360-degree view of casualty related claims. He has also served as a civil mediator where he has been engaged to improve communication between parties, help to clarify key facts, identify legal issues, and explore options for a mutually agreeable resolution.

Wick is admitted to practice before the US Supreme Court, the US Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, US District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, the US District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, and the Supreme Court of the State of Indiana. He is an active member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
