William L. Pomeroy

William L. Pomeroy, a Nashville native, is dedicated to serving his community through his legal practice. His passion for law stems from a desire to help individuals facing serious and life-altering challenges. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, where he developed a deep appreciation for history, before attending the University of Mississippi School of Law. His legal career is shaped by his diverse background, including service as a Captain in the U.S. Army's Military Police, which provided him with valuable insight into justice and security. His personal experiences as a criminal defendant give him a unique perspective and a deep sense of empathy for his clients. Will established his private practice in 2017, focusing on criminal defense and offering dedicated legal representation. His commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his completion of the Advanced Anti-Terrorism Course and the Military Police Captain’s Career Course. Outside of his legal work, he enjoys time with family, playing golf and tennis, and preserving history through involvement in historical boards.
