Bill Henry, Founding Partner of Robinson & Henry, P.C., has transformed a small Colorado law firm into one of the state’s largest and fastest-growing practices.

After beginning his career in Washington, D.C., Bill moved to Colorado in 2008 and partnered with longtime Denver-area attorney Mike Robinson to launch their firm.

Under Bill’s visionary leadership, Robinson & Henry has grown from a single office in Castle Rock to the 16th largest law firm in the Denver Metro area as of 2026. Bill’s client-centered approach and commitment to providing comprehensive legal services have been the driving force behind the firm’s consistent growth.

Bill has overseen the opening of eight branch offices along the Front Range, including five in the Denver Metro area, significantly expanding the firm’s reach and impact.
