Will Krogh is a member of the Real Estate Practice in Greenberg Traurig’ s Philadelphia office, handling a wide range of finance, equity investment, and real estate matters for clients including private equity funds, institutional lenders, REITs, developers, and owner-operators.

Will has more than ten years of experience representing clients in the acquisition, financing, and disposition of real estate assets. His work also includes negotiating real estate joint ventures as well as mortgage and mezzanine loans and navigating intercreditor issues.
