Biography

Having an undergraduate degree in biology, learning medicine and science has always been interesting to me. Medicine changes constantly and it’s important to keep your knowledge of the medicine up to date. I like that each case is different - Each case is like a story, and you are bringing that story to conclusion. I find it all to be intriguing and intellectually challenging. It’s a very demanding career, but it is very satisfying.

William Brady is a senior partner and trial attorney at Martin Clearwater & Bell LLP . He joined the Firm in 1981 and became a partner in 1989. Mr. Brady has an educational background in biology and handles a wide range of the firm’s medical and health care clients. This includes the defense of individual physicians, nurses and other medical professionals in medical malpractice cases, and the defense of major teaching hospitals in New York.

Mr. Brady plays an active role in the participation and coordination of risk management lectures and mock trials for the Firm and its clients utilize his expertise in hospital litigation. He is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell which is their highest rating.
