Biography

Peter Martin’s areas of practice are employment law, medical malpractice, civil rights, and general tort/negligence.

He is admitted in the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Martin has been continuously Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar since June 1999.
Mr. Martin received his Bachelor’s Degree from Oglethorpe University and a Master’s Degree from Emory University. He received his law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 1989.
