Biography

Tommy Zoccola is a proud native Memphian who began his professional path by attending Tulane University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Management and Legal Studies. Driven by a passion for advocacy, he returned to his home state to pursue his legal education at the University of Tennessee College of Law. During his time in law school, Tommy quickly distinguished himself in the courtroom, serving as the captain of the Phi Alpha Delta mock trial team and leading them to a national championship victory. His exceptional oral advocacy and leadership skills earned him the prestigious honor of being inducted into the Order of the Barristers, a national organization recognizing the top trial competitors in the country.

Today, Tommy brings that same championship caliber competitive spirit and deep local pride to his role as a pre suit attorney at the Morgan & Morgan office in Memphis. He focuses his practice on personal injury, car accidents, and motorcycle accident cases, helping injured individuals navigate the critical early stages of the legal process. Tommy utilizes his sharp analytical skills and extensive trial training to build the strongest possible foundation for his clients' cases right from the start. Known for his friendly and approachable demeanor, he remains fully committed to standing up for the people of his hometown and securing the justice and recovery they deserve.
