Wilson Theodore Carroll

Wilson is a creative and versatile litigator with a primary focus on written advocacy, dispute resolution, and civil justice. He also assists clients with administrative appeals in affordable housing, zoning enforcement, and inland wetlands matters.

As a former clerk of the Connecticut Appellate Court and legal intern at the United States District Court in Bridgeport, Wilson offers his unique perspective and sharp writing skills to help his clients navigate through all levels of the Connecticut judicial system. Through his work at the Quinnipiac University School of Law Civil Justice Clinic, Wilson represented underserved clients in various post-conviction proceedings including petitions for habeas corpus and motions to correct illegal sentences. Passionate about election reform and voting rights, as a law student Wilson testified in front of the Connecticut General Assembly in support of felony disenfranchisement reforms. He also advocated for the abolishment of prison gerrymandering in Connecticut in his publication in the Quinnipiac Law Review, where he served as a publication editor.
