• Representing a power SOE in a contractual dispute with an engineering Co., Ltd of China Communications Construction and the case was settled by China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC);

• Representing a mechanical and electrical equipment Co., Ltd in Beijing in a trade contract dispute with a large civil construction Co., Ltd and the case was heard by Beijing Second Intermediate People's Court;

• Representing an energy and transportation holdings Ltd of a large power SOE in a sales contract dispute with Datong Coal Mine Group and a coal production Co., Ltd in Beijing and the case was heard by Beijing First Intermediate People’s Court;
