Biography

Y. Eric Holtz helps to provide financial relief for businesses and residents all across Northeast Ohio. Mr. Holtz is dedicated and passionate about helping his clients purge their debt and move on with their lives.

Mr. Holtz is currently serving as president of the Akron Bar Association, Bankruptcy Section and has spoken at numerous conferences including the White-Williams Bankruptcy Institute and the Akron Bar Association Bankruptcy By-Pass Pro Bono Seminar.

He received his B.A. from Brandeis University, an M.A. from the Pennsylvania State University, and his Juris Doctor from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.

In addition, Mr. Holtz has worked and studied in England at University College London, and attended both Tel-Aviv University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in Israel.

Mr. Holtz is a member of the Akron Bar Association, American Bar Association and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.He is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Ohio, Northern District of Ohio, Federal Court and the Southern District of Ohio, Federal Court.
