Biography

Yair Shalom Bengio was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida, not far from where he attended law school in Davie, FL. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from The City College of New York (CUNY) in 2019 before returning to Florida to pursue his J.D. at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating cum laude in Spring 2024.

During law school, Yair developed a passion for advocating for individuals against powerful corporations, particularly in personal injury and premises liability cases.
