Yalda Sacre

Yalda Sacre is a Senior Associate at SADER & ASSOCIATES law firm which she joined in 2017 as Head of Corporate and Commercial Department and handles among others, matters involving companies structuring, foreign investment, Joint Ventures, bankruptcy, distribution and franchise. Yalda is specialized in Corporate, Business, Commercial and Public Law and has a strong experience in various industries encompassing litigation, international business, labor, corporate Finance, banking and real estate, as well as legal research and writing. After her graduation, she acquired experience in France and in Lebanon where she worked with UNESCO and acted as advisor for different commercial companies and worked as off Counsel for NGOs, educational institutions and family businesses. Yalda teaches International Law and Business Law in various prominent Lebanese Universities such as Notre Dame University and participates as instructor in various Legal workshops at the Lebanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and other governmental entities. She, as well, co-authored many compilation series edited by SADER Publishers notably books promoting Intellectual Property and Business Law.
