Yan Gilkarov

Open for Business
Yan Gilkarov: Attorney with Gregory Spektor & Associates P.C.

Biography

Yan Gilkarov fights for his clients from the moment he is retained on a case. After spending more than ten (10) years in various roles within the firm, he graduated from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsburg Law Center in 2019 and became an Associate. While in law school, Yan studied internationally in order to gain a global perspective on legal issues related to personal injury practice. Yan also obtained a prestigious externship with a local District Attorney’s Office where he prosecuted, investigated, and negotiated criminal matters. He leverages these perspectives in order to prepare compelling arguments for the courts as well as negotiate favorable settlements with adverse parties.

Yan knows that seriously injured victims only get one (1) chance to recover compensation for their injuries. He finds great satisfaction in using his experience to bring closure to seriously injured victims by working to obtain the best settlement, arbitration award, or verdict for his clients.
