Yan Li is a partner at Chris and Frank Accident Attorneys and has spent more than six years focused on helping injured clients through the personal injury process. She earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2016. Yan’s career at the firm began on the front lines as a Case Manager, where she handled every stage of a client’s matter from opening claims and communicating with insurance companies to coordinating important medical care. That start gave her a practical, client-centered understanding of what it takes to move a case forward smoothly. She later became Managing Attorney, using her experience to improve internal systems and make the case management process more efficient for both clients and staff. Today, as a Partner, Yan is known for her steady leadership, strategic approach, and relentless advocacy, whether she’s working to prove liability or to maximize the value of a claim.
