Biography

Yangyang Jia focuses his practice on corporate and securities matters, and counsels issuers and underwriters in various capital market transactions. His experience includes working on initial public offerings, SPAC and DeSpac transactions, follow-on offerings, at-the-market offerings, Exchange Act reporting and corporate governance compliance. Yangyang works with domestic and foreign companies across different industries, and is experienced in cross-border transactions with a special interest in Asia market. He advises clients on SEC, FINRA and exchange-related matters. Yangyang also has experience in mergers and acquisitions and PE/VC transactions.
