Yijun Wen

Ms. Wen practices in private equity investment, corporate merger and acquisition, foreign investment, overseas listing and regular corporate and commercial business.

She has ample experience in private equity and venture capital, representing multiple private equity funds and start-up companies to complete equity investment and financing transactions, covering technology, telecommunication, internet, health care, automotive, education, consumer protection, entertainment, etc. She has also provided legal services for the fund manager registration of and fund establishment, etc.

Ms. Wen has also provided legal services for numerous domestic and foreign companies on setting up new enterprise, restructuring and M&A transactions, including the establishment of joint venture, domestic wholly-owned enterprises/representative offices, set up VIE structure, equity/asset acquisition etc.

Ms. Wen Yijun has represented stock issuers in the Hong Kong Main Board listing project, involving telecommunication, mining and e-commerce, etc. In addition, she also designs, declares and executes share incentive plans for enterprises, as well as offers regular legal consultation, contract proofreading and compliance review for the clients.

Working Experience

Ms. Wen Yijun has been working in Broad & Bright from 2011 to 2017, and continue her career in Zhonglun Law Firm Beijing Office until 2021. She joins AnJie Broad as a partner in March 2021.

Qualifications
