Yolanda Beasley

Yolanda, a Virginia Beach native, has a passion for helping people navigate the complex and often emotional issues of family law. Ms. Beasley understands the sensitive and personal nature of family law disputes. She approaches each case with empathy, compassion, and honesty, taking the time to listen to her clients’ concerns and goals. She offers them personalized legal solutions that are tailored to their unique circumstances and needs. Before joining Invictus Law, Ms. Beasley graduated from the University of Virginia and obtained her law degree from Syracuse University College of Law. She began her career as a criminal defense and family law attorney, specializing in divorce, child custody, domestic violence, and support matters. She also served her community as a Public Defender and a certified Guardian ad Litem, representing the best interests of children in court proceedings. Ms. Beasley has a solid foundation in law and a passion for social justice, which she brings to every case she handles. She is a skilled and experienced attorney who is committed to advocating for her clients’ rights and well-being. Attorney Beasley’s unwavering commitment to justice and advocacy has earned her the respect and admiration of her peers and clients alike.

Outside of the courtroom, Yolanda remains actively involved volunteering her time to mentor and support individuals facing challenges. She is a life-long member of First Baptist Church of Lambert’s Point in Norfolk, VA, and a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. She enjoys challenging her culinary skills from watching shows such as Chopped and the Next Level Chef. She also enjoys the beach with her two Rotties and a Bulldog: Puma, Dottie and Kanan.
