Yotam regularly advises public companies in various fields of activity (holding companies, real estate companies, insurance companies, fuel and energy companies, etc.), provides legal counsel to public companies in respect of public offerings (capital and debt), and representing clients vis-à-vis the Israel Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange.
