Yuliya focuses her practice on complex business litigation and dispute resolution. Yuliya welcomes demanding cases involving all aspects of business litigation, including business torts and shareholder or partner disputes.

Yuliya has extensive experience representing businesses and individuals (including medical and legal professionals) in intricate multi-party matters involving commercial contracts, corporate misconduct and shareholder derivative actions, shareholder or partner disputes, business fraud claims, unfair and deceptive trade practices, defamation and other types of business issues. In addition, Yuliya is experienced in litigating claims related to recreational vehicle defects.

Prior to joining Hutton & Dominko, Yuliya was a part of a complex litigation team where she acquired in-depth knowledge of numerous industry-specific issues in the construction field. Yuliya’s experience includes successful defense in a two-month trial of one of the largest construction defect disputes in the history of Sarasota County.

While employing all available means to efficiently resolve protracted litigation, Yuliya has considerable experience in assisting clients with transactions at all stages of a business relationship with an eye towards minimizing the risks and avoiding litigation in the first place.
