Hailing from the vibrant city of Pittsburgh, PA, Zach Agate embarked on his entrepreneurial journey at the tender age of 14, founding his own landscaping company. What commenced as a young individual maneuvering a mower through his neighborhood burgeoned into a thriving small business catering to both residential and commercial clients.

Zach's academic pursuits led him to the University of Pittsburgh, where he earned his bachelor's degree with Magna Cum Laude honors, majoring in Politics and Philosophy. Remarkably, even during his academic journey, he maintained ownership and operation of his landscaping venture and assumed the role of president within his fraternity, showcasing his commitment to both academics and entrepreneurship.

Furthering his education, Zach pursued a law degree at the University of Pittsburgh, graduating Cum Laude. Throughout his legal studies, he honed his skills through a clerkship at a prominent Pittsburgh firm specializing in representing labor unions and individuals in personal injury and workers' compensation cases.

Before joining Pond Lehocky Giordano, Zach honed his legal expertise at a firm exclusively devoted to advocating for injured and disabled individuals in workers' compensation, personal injury, and Social Security Disability matters. In 2023, Zach took the next step in his legal career by joining Pond Lehocky, where he directs his entire practice towards championing the rights of injured workers across Pennsylvania.
