Biography

Zach provides business and government counsel. His areas of focus are contract drafting and negotiation, general business counsel, general government counsel, business formation and transactions, business incentive identification, and economic development projects. He also provides counsel in the areas of corporate governance and regulatory matters.

Zach has helped guide a government unit through transportation funding source transition, supported tax increment financing (TIF) research and negotiations, led the legal discussion for multiple fire protection district mergers, negotiated a collective bargaining ordinance with a municipality, and led the legal review of a law enforcement merit review board.

PRIOR EXPERIENCE Zach worked in-house as the Assistant County Attorney for Johnson County, Indiana. He also previously worked at a law firm as a transactional business attorney with additional duties providing legal services to Fort Wayne City Council. His background also includes significant experience in entrepreneurship and start-up counseling, athletic compliance, and sports law.

Immediately after completing law school, Zach also worked for the NCAA as a Legislative Analyst and a Post-Graduate Intern.
