Biography

Rodney “Zach” Romano is an associate attorney in the Boca Raton, Florida, office of WSHB. His practice focuses on general liability defense, including premises liability, wrongful death, automobile negligence, and real property disputes.

Zach earned his J.D., cum laude, from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law. During his time in law school, he was actively involved in the Trial Association and Moot Court, and he served as the Newsletter Editor for the Public Interest Law Society.

Before joining WSHB, Zach worked as an Assistant State Attorney in the 15th Judicial Circuit, where he prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases and brought numerous jury trials to verdict. He also gained valuable experience at a prestigious civil litigation firm, where he handled a variety of general liability matters and worked on high-profile, complex cases.

As a dedicated member of the Palm Beach County Bar and the Young Lawyers Section, Zach is passionate about courtroom advocacy and the pursuit of justice. Outside of work, he enjoys photography, reading, supporting the Miami Heat, and spending quality time with his family.
