Zachary C. Hansen

Zachary is an associate in WSHB’s Los Angeles office, where he handles a variety of civil litigation matters, including general liability, habitability, toxic tort and complex commercial litigation. Zachary is a graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. Zachary received his undergraduate degree in Political Science, with a minor in History, from Colorado State University.

While in law school, Zachary served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Chief Justice Stuart J. Rabner of the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Zachary was also an intern in the Business & Legal Affairs Department of BMG Rights Management. Additionally, he participated in a litigation-based Criminal Defense Clinic, where he represented criminal defendants in New Jersey’s Essex County Special Remand Court on a pro bono basis. Zachary served as the senior associate editor of the Seton Hall Circuit Review and had his comment “You Don’t Need a Weatherman to Know Which Way the Wind Blows: An Analysis of Red-Flag Knowledge Under the DMCA” published in the Spring 2018 edition. Zachary was also a member of Seton Hall’s Moot Court team, competing in the Global Antitrust Institute Invitational moot court competition in Washington D.C.
