Zachary G. Randall is a dedicated New York City employment law attorney with Phillips & Associates. Mr. Randall graduated from the State University of New York at Geneseo with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. He made the Dean’s list in 2015 and 2016. He was president of Geneseo Crew Club and served as a Resident Assistant. He was also an Emergency Medical Technician for Geneseo First Response and an Eagle Scout with Boy Scouts of America.
Mr. Randall graduated cum laude from Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University with a Juris Doctor Degree, and an Environmental Law Certificate. He served as research and writing editor for Pace Environmental Law Review. He made the Dean’s List all semesters and received a Pace Law School Merit Scholarship. He participated in the Pace Environmental Litigation Clinic as a Student Board Member and served as treasurer of the Environmental Law Society. He was the Resident Director at the Office of Student Services and Residential Life. He also competed in the WVU National Energy Sustainability Moot Court Competition and interned with the Office of Regional Counsel at the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
After law school, Mr. Randall worked as a Pro Bono Scholar with the Legal Services of the Hudson Valley, a job in which he conducted legal research and attended eviction proceedings. Next, he worked as a staff attorney with Nassau Suffolk Law Services, Mental Health Law Project; in that capacity, he assisted indigent clients with housing, social security, and public benefits law matters.
Before joining Phillips & Associates, he worked as an associate attorney at other law firms. He handled all aspects of various personal injury, workers’ compensation, and construction litigation, including cross-examinations, negotiations of settlements, and drafted appeals.
