Biography

Zachary Hayes-Macaluso is a member of KDV’s Financial Services Practice Group and Appellate Team. He focuses his practice on securities arbitration and litigation before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). He also specializes in representing securities brokers and investment advisors in expungement proceedings before FINRA’s Dispute Resolution Forum.

Mr. Hayes-Macaluso additionally practices immigration law. He has represented detained and non-detained clients in EOIR Removal proceedings, as well as provided legal counsel on matters before EOIR and USCIS, including relief from removal, permanent residency, naturalization, asylum, and U-nonimmigrant status.
