Zachary Kirk Ferguson, II

Zach is a native of Fort Worth, TX. He graduated from Everman High School. He then attended Prairie View A&M, Tarrant County College, and Dallas Baptist University, receiving his Bachelor's degree with a major in finance. Zach then received a full-tuition scholarship to attend Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center.   While in law school, Zach was a finalist in LSU Law Center's Opening Statement Competition. Through LSU Law Center's Juvenile Defense Clinic, he successfully represented juvenile clients who had been accused of various serious crimes. Zach also worked as an extern with the East Baton Rouge District Attorney's Office and worked as a law clerk for Louisiana Municipal Association.   After graduating, Zach passed the Texas Bar Exam, and started his own law practice. Shortly after, he was hired as an Assistant Criminal District Attorney for Tarrant County. While with Tarrant County, Zach served the citizens of Tarrant County by prosecuting felony and misdemeanor criminal cases.   In June of 2016, Zach made a decision to follow his true calling: defending the rights of his fellow citizens. As a defense attorney, Zach is a zealous and aggressive advocate for his clients. He fights for the rights of those who have become targets of the criminal justice system. He will stand up for you.
