Experience: Representative Matters: Counsel to secured lender in $240 million multi-state loan facility.; Counsel to secured lender in $350 million multi-state loan facility.; Counsel to life insurance company in financing of properties throughout the United States, including, office, retail, industrial and mixed-use projects.; Counsel to national retailers in their leasing matters throughout the United States.; Counsel to landlords and tenants in shopping center, office and warehouse leasing.; Counsel to purchasers and sellers of shopping centers, office buildings, apartment buildings and mixed use projects.; Involved in representation of a domestic banking institution in connection with a $3.35 million construction revolver to finance construction of an 18,197 square foot office building, secured, in part, by real property located in Broward County, Florida.; Involved in representation of Terranova Corporation and its affiliate in one of the largest real estate deals in recent South Florida history, the $342 million acquisition of six separate buildings on Miami Beach's Lincoln Road. Transaction involved negotiation of a new joint venture agreement with an institutional investor and obtaining financing from two institutional lenders as part of the acquisition of 113,790 square feet of street-level retail space along Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, Florida.; Involved in representation of Terranova Corporation and its affiliate in obtaining a term loan in an amount up to $25 million as part of the acquisition of an income producing mixed-use portfolio, consisting of eight separate buildings and containing 74,354 square feet of office and street-level retail space along Miracle Mile in Coral Gables, Florida.; Involved in representation of Terranova Corporation and its affiliate in the $85 million sale of two adjacent multi-anchor retail centers, consisting of 85,000 square feet and 268,000 square feet respectively and located in Pembroke Pines, Florida.; The above representations were handled by Mr. Bazara prior to his joining Greenberg Traurig, P.A.;; In-House Experience: In-House Counsel, Terranova Corporation, 2012-2014;; Previous Experience: Post-graduate Fellow, Legal Services of Greater Miami Tenants' Rights Project, Winter 2012
