Biography

Mr. Hall's practice focuses on commercial litigation, with a particular emphasis on construction disputes and corporate governance disputes. Mr. Hall represents clients in state and federal courts and arbitration panels throughout the United States, with a particular focus on Georgia and the Southeast. His litigation experience includes representing owners, general contractors and sub-contractors on both private and government projects in connection with breach of contract claims, claims for fraud and negligence, delay claims, acceleration claims, defective design and defective materials claims, lien claims, and fraudulent transfer actions. Mr. Hall also frequently represents corporate officers and directors facing breach of fiduciary duty and business tort claims.

Prior to joining Hudson Parrott Walker, Mr. Hall was a litigation associate in the New York office of a multi-national law firm.

Mr. Hall was named a Super Lawyers Georgia Rising Star in 2019.
