Zachary Lynch is a partner in WSHB’s Orange County office. In his practice, he counsels and represents employers in labor and employment litigation, with a focus on wage and hour class actions, Private Attorney General Act representative actions, as well as claims relating to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, failure to accommodate, failure to engage in the interactive dialogue, and Labor Code section 1102.5.
He brings invaluable litigation and trial experience to the firm. Zachary started his practice at a premier plaintiff’s side employment law firm, where he was responsible for all aspects of case management, including fact and expert discovery, law and motion, attending to all aspects of mediation, trial preparation, and trial.
Zachary is a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School, where he served a Associate Editor of the Animal Law Review and on the board of the campus’ Labor and Employment Law Society. While in law school, he was a certified clerk for the City of Vancouver, City Attorneys’ Office - Civil Division and the Long Beach City Prosecutor’s Office. Zachary earned his undergraduate degree in Strategic and Corporate Communications from Chapman University.
