Zachary William Worshtil

As a partner with Powers & Worshtil, P.C., Zachary Worshtil helps clients navigate the legal issues that often arise during major life transitions. His practice centers on estate administration, estate and trust litigation, and estate planning, and he is known for being detail-oriented while still keeping the process understandable. Zach grew up in Prince George’s County and has spent his life in the community he now serves. He attended Tulane University and went on to earn a law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, along with an M.B.A. from the University of Baltimore Merrick School of Business. Early in his career, he served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Albert W. Northrop of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, an experience that shaped his approach to litigation and strategy. He then entered private practice, building broad experience before focusing on trusts and estates. In addition to client work, Zach has received appointments to various roles in the Maryland courts and holds leadership positions in bar associations and professional organizations.
