Represented billing officer involved in multi-million dollar heathcare fraud scheme, resulting in client serving probation and minimal home confinement instead of federal prison term.Resolved qui tam case alleging Stark law violations on behalf of family-owned business and its officers which resulted in minimal civil fines and no criminal charges.
Prevailed on appeal to Georgia Supreme Court, with 7-0 decision, when all lower courts had ruled against client (prior to our representation).
