Biography

Zaklina Ossowska focuses her practice on public procurement law and corporate law, including contract law, personal data protection, negotiations and dispute resolution. She advises clients on public procurement law and public-private partnership contracts, successfully representing them before the National Appeals Chamber. She has extensive experience in drafting contracts, analyzing contractual risks and directly negotiating the terms of civil law contracts. Zaklina also has a strong practice in international economic law, with a particular focus on dumping regulations, and European law. She conducts training courses and publishes articles in professional journals.
