Zamir A. Cruz

Zamir Cruz is a Miami, FL native that attended the Florida International University College of Law where he graduated Cum Laude. During his time in law school, he interned at the FIU Children and Family Law Clinic where he helped advocate on behalf of the rights of learning disabled children within the Miami-Dade Public School system . While in law school, he was also an intern at the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel working in the dependency division helping to defend the rights of parents who had their children taken from them by the State. At the Corona Law Firm, Mr. Cruz works in the Immigration Department where he assists clients in everything from Citizenship to Deportation Defense. Prior to working in the Immigration Department, Mr. Cruz worked in the Corona Law Firm’s Civil and Labor Departments representing clients in a diverse array of cases such Debtor Defense, Breach of Contract disputes, Employment Discrimination disputes, and Unpaid Wage disputes. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Cruz graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida International University with a B.A. in Political Science and was a member of the prestigious academic fraternity Phi Beta Kappa.
