Biography

Zeshan Q. Khan is a respected attorney practicing family law, bankruptcy, general litigation, and estate planning. He holds a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Master of Laws in Sustainable International Development from the University of Washington School of Law. Zeshan is admitted to practice in both Illinois (inactive) and Washington, and is deeply involved in the legal community through his membership in the Washington State Bar Association and King County Bar Association, where he also participates in the Family Law and Bankruptcy Law sections. An experienced mediator and frequent lecturer, Zeshan has co-authored the Family Law Deskbook chapter on prenuptial agreements and has taught family law as an adjunct professor. He is recognized for his extensive volunteer work, having received the King County Bar Association’s Volunteer of the Year award. Outside of his legal practice, Zeshan enjoys photography, motorcycles, and is a dedicated mentor to young attorneys.
