Biography

Zev M. Bomrind, resident in the firm’s New York office, is a seasoned legal professional specializing in mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, secured and unsecured debt transactions, corporate governance and general corporate matters, and the representation of public companies and their investors on matters of SEC compliance and reporting and compliance with exchange listing regulations. He recently represented Amyris and Sientra in their chapter 11 asset sales, and represents a private-equity-backed serial acquirer in executing its rollup strategy across the U.S. Zev also currently represents two Nasdaq companies, handling all of their securities offerings, public filings, and SEC and Nasdaq compliance matters. Zev is a graduate of University of Maryland (B.A. 1991) and received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law (cum laude, 1996), where he served as a member of The Fordham Law Review.
