Zhixing Chen

Mr. Zhixing Chen is a partner of Beijing AnJie Law Firm. He has well-rounded and extensive experience in the field of intellectual property litigation and arbitration, trade secrets protection and litigation, civil and commercial disputes resolution.

Prior to joining AnJie Law Firm, Mr. Chen had served as a prestigious judge in Beijing First Intermediate People's Court and Beijing Intellectual Property Court for 8 years, where he handled over 800 various intellectual property cases during his time on the bench. Representative cases include WAPI standard essential patent case such as “Iwncomm Wireless Network Communication Co., Ltd. v. Sony Mobile Communications Co., Ltd.”, antitrust dispute case such as “Qualcomm v. Meizu” and etc.

Mr. Chen concentrates his practice on patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, the full range of IPR as well as arbitration and unfair competition. He has been involved in a large number of high profile and complicated cases for various Chinese and foreign clients and has obtained favorable judgments for these clients in litigation and administrative enforcement proceedings. Mr. Chen has clients in a variety of high-tech industries, pharmaceutical companies, communication enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.
