Biography

Zuzanna Sobon focuses her practice on real estate law issues. She assists both local and international investors in transactions involving sales and acquisitions of office buildings, shopping centers, logistics facilities as well as residential and service-related properties. Zuzanna also provides legal advice on day-to-day matters, including analyzing existing lease agreements, drafting and negotiating amendments to them, and preparing additional agreements with tenants. She has experience in negotiating tenancy agreements for properties owned by public entities, extending perpetual usufruct right terms and obtaining the administrative decisions necessary in the course of property management.
