T. Kenneth Foster is an attorney with the Firm. He received his B.S. with honors in Business Administration from The University of Alabama in 1968 and his J.D. from The University of Alabama School of Law in 2000. Following law school, he was in private practice for over 15 years, handling both civil and criminal matters. He is a member of the Alabama Bar Association.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Foster worked for several grain processing and milling companies, serving as past president and on the board of directors of the Home Baking Association, a national milling trade association.
