Based in Chicago, IL, Sean Park is a compassionate, understanding, and zealous personal injury lawyer. Throughout his career, Sean has fought for and represented the rights of the injured and has also litigated for and on behalf of defendants and insurance companies. He thoroughly understands the strategies and tactics employed by the other side and how to combat them and strives to cultivate and maintain relationships with judges, office staff and more. In addition, Sean has frequently appeared on television to offer legal analysis in cases and has given presentations to fellow lawyers who handle and defend personal injury cases as well as criminal prosecutors and law enforcement.
Some of the most rewarding moments in his legal career have come when working with clients who have suffered tremendous loss or grievous injury and have been stonewalled by an insurance company or defendant—or even told they were actually the ones to blame. He is energized by these challenges and dives into the details of every aspect of our clients’ cases, injuries, personal background, and more to develop effective claims on behalf of the injured.
Representing Real People in Real Accidents
One of Sean’s proudest moments came when he had the privilege to work with a mother and father who lost their 13-year-old son in a horrific car accident where the car the mother was driving was struck on the passenger side by a tractor-trailer. The police initially charged the mom with misdemeanor vehicular homicide in the death of her son for failing to yield to the oncoming tractor-trailer driver. However, through investigation of the facts and details of the wreck, Sean and other lawyers for the family were able to uncover that the tractor-trailer driver was traveling more than 20 mph above the speed limit—and the truck driver had actually smoked marijuana the morning of the wreck!
