After more than 40 years as a lawyer, Frank A. Ray has transitioned from his accomplished civil trial practice to service as a private mediator. To provide insight and guidance to adversaries and their counsel in mediations, Mr. Ray draws on his experience as lead counsel in state and federal courts in 129 civil jury trials and more than 80 state and federal civil appeals.
Three tenets define his mediation practice:
- Personal service - Directly contact an experienced attorney who applies his strong work ethic and gives full commitment to provide efficient and effective service as a neutral to civil disputes.
- Trial experience - Benefit from Frank Ray's 41 years of experience in state and federal courts from New York to Los Angeles and a reputation as a most worthy adversary.

In addition to service as a mediator, Mr. Ray performs as an expert witness in legal malpractice cases and insurance bad faith cases. He also undertakes service as a private arbitrator.
Mr. Ray continues to serve as Legal Counsel to the Columbus Clippers Triple-A Professional Baseball Organization, the operating entity for Huntington Park, and to the International League of Professional Baseball Clubs, Inc.
Since his admission to the practice of law by the Ohio Supreme Court in 1973, Frank Ray has been a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. He has served on OSBA's Negligence Law Committee and Jury Instructions Committee. Mr. Ray is regularly invited to lecture at OSBA continuing legal education seminars.
