Prime, Inc., Allen County Court of Common Pleas, Case No. CV 2007 0424 (2007): wrongful death matter; defense verdict; James Lennon v. NS and Renzenberger, Inc., Franklin County Court of Common Pleas (2010): FELA claim tried with multiple defendants and a death; defense verdict in favor of NS and Renzenberger; Matthew Lingo v.
