Representative Case Results Include: Senior Healthcare Consultants v. Tammy Hoschar, Cause No. DC-10-08604; In the 116th Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas. In 2007, Senior Healthcare hired Hoschar as a health insurance sales representative. Hoschar left the company in June 2010 and began working for a competitor. Senior Healthcare Consultants sued Hoschar, alleging breach of contract and defamation. Ramez Shamieh represented Defendant Hoschar and filed a counterclaim for breach of contract alleging that she had not been paid commissions between January and June of 2010. Ramez Shamieh argued that Senior Healthcare's failure to pay Hoschar's commissions constituted a breach of her employment agreement and excused her from performance under the contract.
