Biography

Craig Saunders is an attorney practicing in Houston, TX. His practice is a combination of both litigation and transactional work. Mr. Saunders has extensive trial experience in real estate, construction and injury cases. He also has experience advising clients with regard to business transactions and financing transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Saunders worked for two litigation firms in Arlington, Texas, and Houston, Texas, and had his practice in downtown Houston.

Obtained no evidence summary judgment in favor of client Internet search company in defense of claims for breach of contract and violations of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act

Obtained no evidence summary judgment in favor of client mechanic in defense of claims for violations of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act pertaining to catalytic converter

Advised client general contractor regarding construction financing of $1.5 million secured loan for development of shopping plaza in Harris County, Texas

Represented and advised client on construction project, resulting in settlement of 22 mechanic's liens
