Privacy Issues: Adams and Reese has unparalleled experience in assisting music and other companies navigate privacy issues, including developing privacy policies for U.S. and foreign companies.  Our attorneys have extensive experience in both U.S. federal and state privacy legislation, and track for clients the developments by and initiatives of the federal agencies focusing on individual privacy, corporate privacy, children/teenager privacy, and parental rights over the privacy of their children/teenager's online identity.  We have drafted numerous privacy policies for online companies, including those in the music industry.  In addition, our attorneys have extensive knowledge in drafting web site terms of use and privacy policies.
