The litigation team at Babst Calland has been representing clients associated with the development of natural resources for more than 25 years and have expanded our reach in order to fully service our clients in the entire Appalachian region with experienced litigators located in all of our firm’s four offices in Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia.
Our oil and gas litigation practice has increased dramatically with the emergence of the Marcellus and Utica Shale plays.
