  • Handling Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) proceedings;
  • Handling Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) proceedings;
  • Negotiating and drafting Employee Severance Agreements;
  • Defending claims arising under the Employee Polygraph Protection Act;
  • Advising clients how to handle potential violence in the workplace problems;
  • Advising clients regarding termination of employees;
  • Advising clients regarding the handling of sexual harassment claims;
  • Drafting and interpreting Employee Handbooks and Policies; and
  • Drafting Employment Contracts.
