BD&B also represents boards of education before the federal and state courts, boards of revision, Ohio Board of Tax Appeals, Ohio Civil Rights Commission, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, State Employment Relations Board, Ohio Industrial Commission and other governmental boards, agencies and commissions.

In three major desegregation cases BD&B has defended, the school district has prevailed in the two of those cases which have been concluded and brought the third to a successful settlement.

In the past, we have awarded a minority scholarship to a deserving first-year law student which included both a stipend and a paid summer internship at a Buckingham office.
