Lead counsel for national pharmacy chain in defense of putative class action claim under Robinson-Patman Act alleging disparate pricing for non-insured consumers. Dismissed.

Class Action
Lead counsel for health insurer in defense of putative class action by a group insurance subscriber alleging unfair denial of claims by women seeking certain cancer screening and treatment. Dismissed and affirmed on appeal.

Class Action
Represented a global environmental waste company in a series of nationwide class actions pending in Alabama, Georgia, and Illinois alleging improper pricing and billing practices. Among other things, successfully secured dismissal of RICO claims against corporation, corporate subsidiaries, and high-level officers.

Class Action
Represented major telecommunications company in a nationwide class action involving claims of improper activation of stolen devices resulting in successful defeat of class certification.
